Ren I-Tang , Tang Bistro

Ren I Tang ,Tang Bistro is located at the junction of China Street and Penang Street,
in the heart of Little India.
 The nostalgia building is actually hosts a variety of activities such as 
Ren i Tang (Heritage Inn , Boutique Hotel) on the upper floor and
Tang (bistro) ground floor.
This airy and spacious cafe delivers more than you would expect for a place of its size.
You can also find some antiquity pieces here as it was actually a Chinese Medical Hall 
since 1885 until it moved away in 2009.

You will get the view of colorful Little India culture.

Most furniture including chairs, beds, cupboards and sofas were either left behind by the previous tenant or handmade by carpenters from old hardwood found within the building
#The backyard/little garden?
#The museum
The founder of the Chinese Medical Hall left behind many old items that are no longer available or to be seen now.
They will also display the items which used by the olden chinese herbalist to manufactured, packaged and sold including spices and herbs, as well as tools of the trade.
I'm not sure it's free of charge or you need to pay for the entrance.

from munchies to mains!
