Blood Type Diets - A

Today i'm gonna slot in a random bonus post which i found interesting. So, there was a random day when i visited my cousin and mentioned how hard i need to work out for my diet to be effective then only i got to know from her that actually everyone diet different according to their blood type! What right?! Please excuse my naive if you had already known the fact :(

People used to said putting on brace cause you losing weight! LIAR!! I ATE ALMOST EVERYTHING!!! Conclusion, it doesn't apply on everyone! #sad. I used to weight 50kg, then drop down to 45kg within a couples of month with exercise and lighter meal. I can't make it by just cutting down on my meal. Somehow, i still have to pair with exercising and swimming is what i did the most!.

And yes! I did some research and it's so true! Then only i realized for all this while consuming a lot of food which "i shouldn't"! #fml. Research shows that there is a strong correlation between diet and blood type, so knowing your blood type diet food list is essential. So, this is what i found and want to share with you.

So obviously blood type A is categorized more to vegetarian.
Hahahah! I did/take everything above except for caffeine. I am not a caffeine lover so it's okay for me :). Sugar is alright too as I'm quite good in controlling my sugar level. Alcohol, I used to be an alcoholic, I can drink continuously 7days a week. But now, maybe twice per month? At times I do miss my alcoholic life. Breakfast is not a big deal I can say, I took my breakfast everyday except for weekends where I can woke up naturally without the annoying alarm tones :). Now, eat smaller is a matter for my during lunch. Hey, lunch is my power booster of the day! That's the only time when I can throw out everything in my mind and put everything into my mouth! P and I often share our meal, in terms like I ate a plate of rice and share her bowl of noodle #lol. Thank me for keeping you slim. #youarewelcome :)
Blood type A people have to stay out from to crowds?! Alright, no clubbing. Loud noise?! Alright alright, guess i have to kiss clubbing life goodbye. No violent movie?!! Why? :( Give me a reason please. And avoid strong smell or perfume sounds weird. Lol #whybloodtypeApeoplesokelian
Nah, blood type A people got miscellaneous beverage! *clap hands*
Too bad coffee is out of my list. Slurp for green tea and red wine! Heheh
Of course, there are also food that blood A type people should avoid. To my surprise, dairy products and eggs was in the list! Darn, both are my favourite!. How can i live without eggs?! And now i know why i can't slim down even when i cutting down on my meal because i used to drink milk and yogurt to replaced my dinner.

Fyi, currently i've gained weight and still gaining! Guess i'm going to leave all my favourites behind and follow the right diet from now on to see whether it's really works.Do check out your own blood type diet or email me if you want to see the blood type chart of yours.

Thanks for reading. Ciao!
